To get started, book a quick demo call with us to unlock the app's full potential and make the most of your experience.
After the demo is complete and a contract is signed, an account will be created for you by an onboarding agent. You will then receive a delivery email from one of our onboarding agents with important information regarding your account, including instructions on how to change your password.

By clicking on the link from the delivery email, you will be redirected to the login screen.

From there, enter your email address and click Next.
The next screen will require you to enter your password and will provide you with the option to reset your password.
Click the Forgot Password link.

After clicking Forgot Password, you will see a message that Password Recovery instructions are being sent to your email.

Check your email for the password recovery instructions and click on the Reset your password link from the email.

The link will open the password reset page for you to enter your new password.

Password strength conditions must be met.

The entered password must be confirmed.

To ensure a strong password, please:

Use a minimum of 8 characters.

Include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (e.g., !, @, #, $, %, ^, &)
Once you're done resetting your password, a confirmation message will appear.

To proceed with your new password, go to the login page in the app and enter your email and the new password to log into the ExpensePoint system.
