The Approver tab will allow you to view the list of approvers that are part of this Role you are creating, viewing or modifying.
The table of approvers will include the list with First Name and Last Name.
From here, you can Add or Remove any of the Approver Users by selecting the user row first, then click on the corresponding button.
Add an Approver User
If you need to add an Approver, you can do so by clicking on the Add button.
This will open the Role Editors-Users screen which will include a list of users.
Select the necessary users from the list, then click OK to add them to the list of Approvers, that will belong to the Role you are creating or modifying.
Remove an Approver User
To Remove Approver Users click on the Remove button. A confirmation screen will popup asking you to confirm the deletion:
Click Yes to confirm, or No to cancel.
