Add New Role - Approvers
The Approver tab displays the list of approvers assigned to the role you are creating, viewing, or modifying.

The approvers are listed in a table displaying their First and Last Names.
From this tab, you can Add or Remove approvers by selecting a user row and clicking the corresponding button.
Add an Approver User
- Click the Add button.

- This opens the Role Editor - Users screen, which displays a list of available users.

- Select the users you want to add as approvers, then click OK.

- The selected users will be added to the list of approvers for the role you have currently selected to create or modify.
Remove an Approver User
- Select the approver you want to remove from the list.
- Click the Remove button.

- A confirmation window will appear.

- Click Yes to confirm the removal, or No to cancel.
