Add New Role - Approvers

The Approver tab displays the list of approvers assigned to the role you are creating, viewing, or modifying.

The approvers are listed in a table displaying their First and Last Names.

From this tab, you can Add or Remove approvers by selecting a user row and clicking the corresponding button.

 

Add an Approver User

  1. Click the Add button.

  2. This opens the Role Editor - Users screen, which displays a list of available users.

  3. Select the users you want to add as approvers, then click OK.

  4. The selected users will be added to the list of approvers for the role you have currently selected to create or modify.

 

Remove an Approver User

  1. Select the approver you want to remove from the list.
  2. Click the Remove button.

  3. A confirmation window will appear.
    Confirmation window asking if you're sure you want to continue with this action
  4. Click Yes to confirm the removal, or No to cancel.
