Add New Template - SFTP

How to Add a New SFTP Template to Your Transaction Templates

  1. Access the Add Template Option
    From the left-side Template navigation menu, click the Add option.

  2. Select the SFTP Tab
    At the top of the window, select the SFTP tab.

  3. Enter SFTP Details
    Fill in the required fields on the SFTP tab:
    1. SFTP Server
    2. Port
    3. Username
    4. Password
    5. Folder
    6. Binary File Transfer (not ASCII) checkbox
  4. Test the Connection
    Once all the details have been entered, click the Test Connection button to verify the settings.
  5. Set File Transfer Frequency
    Under Frequency Settings, choose how often you want to receive the file. The drop-down menu offers Daily or Weekly options.
