To set permissions for a User, go to the Permissions tab from the window. Here, you can set all the necessary Permissions for the User you are creating or modifying.
The list of permissions includes:
Administrative:
- Accounting Rights
- Analysis Manager
- Automation Manager
- Importer
- License Administrator
- Payment Manager
- Policy Manager
- Settings Manager
- System Administrator
- Transaction Administrator
- User and Group Manager
- Workflow Manager
- Xporter
Standard:
- Expense Manager
- Private Billable Sources
- Private Project Numbers
- Private Vendors
- Split Expenses
- Transaction Manager
Advanced:
- Advanced Report View
- Mark Hardcopy Received
- Select Any GLCode
Receipt Imaging:
- Imaging Upload
Note: If the Analysis Manager is checked, it will allow you to choose the reports that can be restricted for the user.
Each permission can be granted by clicking the checkbox from the green icon or it can be revoked by clicking on the checkbox under the red icon .
Note: If you are editing an existing user you will also see either a green or red icon under the User Group icon , which will tell you if this user belongs to a User Group or not.
The Permissions tab also has a checkbox to Subscribe for email notifications. By checking it, the user will be getting the notifications set in the Communication Preferences for your organization. The user will later have the option to unsubscribe.
