The Blacklist Status option allows you to see users whose emails are either invalid or no longer exist. These emails would bounce back, and ExpensePoint™ will collect them under the Blacklist status.
If an account email bounces back as an invalid email, our system will Blacklist it, and you can view it as a status for the selected user.
To view a user's status, click/select the user from the Users list first.
By clicking on the Blacklist Status option from the User Tasks navigation menu on the left side of the screen, the status window will pop up.
If the email becomes active and should no longer be Blacklisted, you may click on Yes to remove this email from the list.
If the user isn’t Blacklisted, you will get the following status message:
Click OK to dismiss.
