Blacklisted Users

A Blacklisted User is a user whose email has been flagged by the system. This means they can no longer log in to their account, and they may stop receiving communications about their report status. Typically, a user is blacklisted if their email address is invalid. When emails sent to these addresses bounce back, ExpensePoint automatically categorizes them as blacklisted.

How Blacklist Status Works

When an email bounces back as invalid, the system flags it and adds that email to the Blacklist. You can identify a blacklisted user by the Blacklist icon appearing on the left of their name in the user list within the User and Group Manager module.

Managing Blacklisted Emails

If a blacklisted email address becomes active again or was flagged by mistake, it can be removed from the Blacklist. To do this, select the blacklisted user from the user list in the User and Group Manager module, then select the Remove from Blacklist option from the User Tasks navigation menu.
