To view or edit your Company Information go to Settings Manager module from the top of your screen.
Click on the Company Information from the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
This will allow you to see your current information entered during your ExpensePointâ„¢ onboarding:
This will include:
- Company Name
- Fiscal Year End
- Travel Booking Site
- Company Logo
- Checkbox to allow users to link their personal / business credit cards to allow for automatic import of credit card transactions.
Edit/modify any of the existing information the click on Save to save it.
To modify the Fiscal Year End, select the month of the year which your company uses for its fiscal year end.
To modify the Travel Booking Site select the options from the drop down:
- Expense Point Travel (supporting North America)
- FareNexus
The Travel Booking Site allows you to link the appropriate travel booking site for your organization.
If you have a Travel Booking site that you already use call the ExpensePointâ„¢ support for assistance. If we can get and API information we might be able to Connect your site to our system.
