Company Links provide quick access to resources(e.g. website of preferred vendors), guides, and documentation that can help users navigate and use the system more effectively. They serve as a form of user assistance, reducing the learning curve and improving user experience.
Links to training materials, video tutorials, and user guides can help employees become more proficient in using ExpensePointâ„¢. You can link to your expense policies or guidelines to remind users of your organization's rules and requirements regarding expenses. This ensures that employees are aware of and adhere to expense policies.
To manage the available links from the Dashboard of your users, you can go to the Settings Manager module from the top of your screen.
Then click on the Companies Links navigation menu from the left side of the screen.
By clicking on the Categories Links, a list of available links will be displayed on the upper section of the workspace. The list will include the Link Title and the Link itself.
The bottom section of the workspace will display the list of the Hosted Documents. The list will include the File Name for each document hosted.
From the Company Links navigation menu you can:
- Add Link
- Edit Link
- Delete Link
- Upload Hosted Document
- Delete Hosted Document
