Company Links provide quick access to important resources such as preferred vendors' websites, guides, and documentation. These links serve as user assistance tools, helping users navigate the system more efficiently, reducing the learning curve, and enhancing overall user experience.

  • Access to training materials, video tutorials, and user guides helps employees become more proficient in using ExpensePoint.
  • Easy reference to expense policies and guidelines to ensure employees are aware of and comply with organizational rules regarding expenses.

 

Steps to Manage Company Links

  1. Open Settings Manager
    From the Dashboard, click on the Settings Manager module located at the top of your screen.

  2. Navigate to Company Links
    Select Company Links from the left-side navigation menu.

  3. View Links and Documents
    1. The upper section of the workspace displays a list of available links, showing the Link Title and the URL.

    2. The bottom section of the workspace displays a list of hosted documents, showing each document’s File Name.

  4. From the Company Links Navigation Menu, you can:
    1. Add a new link
    2. Edit an existing link
    3. Delete a link
    4. Upload a hosted document
    5. Delete a hosted document
