Delete an Expense Report

Steps to Delete an Expense Report

  1. Go to My Reports
    Navigate to the My Reports module from the Expense navigation tab.

  2. Enable Selection Mode
    Tap the hamburger menu in the upper right corner and choose the Select option. This will allow you to choose which Expense Report(s) you want to delete.

  3. Delete Reports
    After selecting the desired Expense Report(s), tap the Delete option in the menu to remove them.

Important Notes

  • If you are on a Per Report plan, you will still be charged for deleted reports.

  • Expense Reports that require further editing cannot be selected or deleted until the necessary changes are resolved.
