Delete Custom Field

Steps to Delete a Custom Field

  1. Access the Settings Manager
    From the top of your ExpensePoint screen, click the Settings Manager module.

  2. Navigate to User Defined Fields
    Click on the User Defined Field option in the left-side navigation menu.

  3. Select the Custom Field
    In the workspace, click on the custom field name you want to delete from the Field Name list.

  4. Choose the Delete Option
    From the left-side navigation menu under User Defined Field, click Delete Custom Field.

  5. Confirm Deletion
    A confirmation window will appear asking you to confirm the deletion.

  6. Warning Message
    If you click Delete Custom Field without first selecting a custom field name from the list, you will receive a notification prompting you to select a field before proceeding.
