Delete Role
To delete a role, select the Approval Role first from the upper part of the Workflow Manager workspace.
Go to Delete Role option from the Role Tasks navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
This will prompt a new window asking you to confirm the deletion.
Click Yes to confirm, or No to cancel.
If you clicked Yes, this would remove the selected user from the Approval Roles list and you should no longer see it in the list.
