Delete Rules

Steps to Delete a GL Rule

  1. Open Settings Manager
    From the top of your ExpensePoint screen, click the Settings Manager module.

  2. Access Edit GL Rule
    Select Edit GL Rule from the left-side navigation menu under GL Rules.
  3. Select the Rule Name
    In the General Ledger Rules list in the workspace, click on the name of the rule you want to delete.

  4. Delete the GL Rule
    From the left-side navigation menu under GL Rules, click on Delete GL Rule.

  5. Confirmation Window
    A confirmation window will appear asking you to confirm the deletion.

  6. Warning Message
    If you click on Delete GL Rule without selecting a rule first, a message will appear notifying you to select a rule before proceeding.
