How to Delete a Transaction Importing Template

  1. Open the Transaction Manager
    From the top menu, navigate to the Transaction Manager module.

  2. Select the Template to Delete
    The workspace will display a list of available Templates for your financial institutions. Click the Template you wish to delete.

  3. Click the Delete Option
    From the left-side navigation menu, select Delete.

  4. Confirm Deletion
    A confirmation message will appear asking you to confirm deletion by typing the required word in the input box.

  5. Finalize or Cancel
    Click Yes to confirm the deletion, or No to cancel the action.

 

 

How to View Deleted Templates

  1. Open the Transaction Manager
    From the top menu, navigate to the Transaction Manager module.

  2. Click the Show Deleted Templates Option
    From the left-side navigation menu, select Show Deleted Templates.

  3. View Deleted Templates
    The workspace will display a list of all the templates with the deleted templates greyed out.
