Edit User Defined Field
Steps to Edit a User Defined Field
- Access the Settings Manager
From the top of your ExpensePoint screen, click the Settings Manager module.
- Navigate to User Defined Fields
Click on the User Defined Field option in the left-side navigation menu.
- Select the User Defined Field to Edit
From the list of User Defined Fields displayed, click on the one you want to edit.
- Select Edit Custom Field
In the left-side navigation menu, click on Edit Custom Field under the User Defined Field section.
This will open the User Defined Field Editor window
- Edit the Field
- Modify the field name in the Field Name input box.
- Adjust the settings by selecting or deselecting the following checkboxes as needed:
- Show in Print Preview
- Contains Personal Information
- Save Changes
Once you have made the necessary edits, click OK to save your changes.
