Edit User Defined Field

Steps to Edit a User Defined Field

  1. Access the Settings Manager
    From the top of your ExpensePoint screen, click the Settings Manager module.

  2. Navigate to User Defined Fields
    Click on the User Defined Field option in the left-side navigation menu.

  3. Select the User Defined Field to Edit
    From the list of User Defined Fields displayed, click on the one you want to edit.

  4. Select Edit Custom Field
    In the left-side navigation menu, click on Edit Custom Field under the User Defined Field section.

    This will open the User Defined Field Editor window

  5. Edit the Field
    1. Modify the field name in the Field Name input box.
    2. Adjust the settings by selecting or deselecting the following checkboxes as needed:
      1. Show in Print Preview
      2. Contains Personal Information
  6. Save Changes
    Once you have made the necessary edits, click OK to save your changes.
