GL Rules

GL Rules help enforce your organization’s expense policies and guidelines. These rules and policies specify allowable expenses, spending limits, and other requirements for expense reporting.

 

Steps to View and Manage GL Rules

  1. Open Settings Manager
    From the top of your ExpensePoint screen, click the Settings Manager module.

  2. Access GL Rules
    Select GL Rules from the left-side navigation menu.

  3. General Ledger Rule Workspace
    The General Ledger Rule Workspace will open, displaying your GL Rules List.

  4. Manage GL Rules
    From this screen, you can:
    1. View all existing GL Rules
    2. Add a new GL Rule
    3. Edit an existing GL Rule
    4. Delete a GL Rule
