GL Rules
Rules help you enforce expense policies and guidelines within the organization. These policies define what expenses are allowable, the spending limits, and other requirements for expense reporting.
To view the list of all the GL Rules set up in your ExpensePointâ„¢ app, go to Settings Manager from the top of your screen.
The General Ledger Rule workspace will open displaying your GL Rules List.
Then click on the GL Rules from the left side navigation menu.
From here you can view all of the GL Rules as well as you can:
- Add GL Rule
- Edit GL Rule
- Delete GL Rule
