Your organization may operate from multiple branches situated in two or more locations. In the scenario where your organization has multiple GL Segments are very helpful as it helps you track expenditures across them all consistently and accurate. With the GL Segments you can link specific expenses/transactions and users to their respective segments.
To view the list of all the GL Segments set up in your ExpensePoint™ app, go to Settings Manager from the top of your screen.
Then click on the GL Segments from the left side navigation menu.
From here you can view all of the GL Segments as well as you can:
- Add GL Segment
- Edit GL Segment
- Delete GL Segment
- Move Up
- Move Down
The GL Segments workspace will open and display the existing GL Segments.
