Groups
Under the Groups tab in the Category Editor window, you can assign which User Groups will have this category visible in their category selection options.

Note: All companies are set up with a company group in the User and Group Manager. If the category is intended for the entire company, assign it to the company group.
To assign a category to a User Group, simply check the box next to the desired group.
Once you are done entering or editing the information from all of the necessary tabs, click OK to save the Category.
