My Expense
Effortlessly log all business-related expenses. Utilize the auto-scan feature to easily create expenses by scanning receipts. Multiple methods are available to help you efficiently document your expenditures.
My Reports
Generate comprehensive reports by aggregating your recorded expenses. Attach relevant receipts alongside expenses and submit reports for reimbursement or tracking purposes.
My Transactions
Link your personal or corporate cards to retrieve card statements. Transactions can be automatically or manually converted into expenses based on your preference.
Receipt Wallet
Your digital storage for securely storing and managing receipts associated with business expenses. Benefits include organized storage, automated data extraction, streamlined expense reporting, easy search and retrieval, and maintaining a historical record of expenses and receipts.
Navigating the Homepage
By default, the ExpensePoint app opens on the Expense tab, accessible from the bottom persistent menu. This tab is your main hub for creating and managing Expense Reports, Expenses, Transactions, and Receipts.
The Expense tab includes several main navigation options. Depending on your user type and permissions, you will see either four or more options on the homepage:
