The homepage serves as the primary entry point for users when they log in. It provides easy access to essential features and functions, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.
It also serves as a central hub for navigating the tool. Users can access the available modules, features, and sections of the system from the homepage, making it convenient to move around the application.
My Expense
Effortlessly log all business-related expenses using our platform. Take advantage of the auto-scan feature, which enables you to easily create expenses by simply scanning your receipts. We offer a variety of methods to help you efficiently document your expenditures.
My Reports
My Reports module empowers you to generate comprehensive reports by aggregating all the expenses you've recorded. You can seamlessly include pertinent receipts alongside the expenses and submit the report to request reimbursement or for tracking.
My Transactions
You have the option to link your personal or corporate cards and retrieve card statements. The card transactions retrieved can be automatically converted into expenses or manually transformed into expenses as per your preference.
Receipt Wallet
The Receipt Wallet is your digital storage that allows you to securely store and manage receipts associated with the business expenses. It offers benefits such as easy organization, automated data extraction, streamlined expense reporting, easy search and retrieval, and a historical record of expenses and receipts.

By default, the Homepage of the ExpensePoint™ app goes directly to the Expense tab from the bottom persistent menu.
Expense
The Expense tab is your main hub to help you create and manage your Expense Reports, Expenses, Transactions and Receipts.
The Expense menu tab, includes 4 main options, but depending on your user type and permissions you will see 4 or more options on the homepage:
- My Reports
- My Transactions
- New Expense
- Receipt Wallet
- Reports to Approve (For users that can approve Expense reports)
- My Travel Bookings (Add-On Feature)
- Receipt Wallet
