How to Remove a Card from Plaid

Before your company switches to ExpensePoint Realtime, you may need to remove cards that are currently connected through Plaid.

From the bottom navigation menu in the ExpensePoint mobile app, tap My Transactions.

Tap the hamburger menu in the upper-right corner, then select Link to My Bank.

The Link to My Bank screen will display the financial accounts and cards you have connected through Plaid.

Select the card or financial institution connection you want to remove.

Choose the option to remove or disconnect the connection, then confirm your selection.
