Link Categories to a User Group
From the Categories tab, you can assign categories to the User Group you are trying to create. Once assigned, the User Group can only operate with the assigned categories and will be unable to use any other categories within the ExpensePointâ„¢ system.
To assign a Category to the User Group, select it from the list of available Categories and click OK.
You can also select all the categories, by clicking on Select All from the bottom of the list, before clicking OK.
To Remove categories, click on the Remove button from the bottom of the list.
A confirmation window will pop up asking you to confirm.
