Link Categories to a User Group

In the Categories tab, you can assign specific categories to the User Group you are creating. Once categories are assigned, the User Group will be restricted to operate only within those categories and will not have access to any others in the ExpensePoint system.

How to Assign Categories

  1. Select the desired category or categories from the list of available options.
  2. Click OK to confirm your selection.

How to Remove Categories

  1. Select the desired category or categories.
  2. Click the Remove button at the bottom of the list.
  3. A confirmation window will appear asking you to confirm the removal.

  4. After confirmation, the selected categories will be removed from the User Group’s access.
