To get access to the ExpensePoint system, you will need to log in. 

Mobile App

To access the mobile app, follow these steps:

  • If you have downloaded the mobile app, open it on your phone. 

  • Enter your registered email and password.

Forgot your password?

If you do not have your password or cannot remember it, click the Forgot Password link on the login screen. To learn more about the Forgot Password function, please refer to this article.

Logging in with Single Sign-On (SSO)

You can also log in through SSO if this option has been enabled by your organization. 

Successful Login

Upon successful authentication of your login credentials, you will be redirected to the main ExpensePoint Dashboard.

Session Timeout

The ExpensePoint website implements a session timeout security feature that automatically logs users out after a period of inactivity. Sessions will expire after 10 minutes of inactivity; users will then be redirected to the login page.
The primary purpose of a session timeout is to protect against unauthorized access in the event that a user forgets to log out or leaves their device unattended.
Users can regain access to their account by logging in again. Any unsaved work or data may be lost. To avoid losing any work or data, be sure to save periodically and avoid leaving sessions inactive.
