Login

To get access to the ExpensePoint system, you will need to log in. 

Logging into the Mobile App

  1. Once you have downloaded the ExpensePoint mobile app, open it on your phone. 

  2. Enter your registered email and password.

  3. If you have not yet set or cannot remember your password, click the Forgot Password link from the login screen.

  4. Click the Login button.

  5. Upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to the main ExpensePoint Dashboard. 


 

Session Timeout and Security

The ExpensePoint app implements a session timeout security feature that automatically logs users out after a period of inactivity. Sessions will expire after 10 minutes of inactivity, and users will be redirected to the login page.
The primary purpose of a session timeout is to protect against unauthorized access in the event that a user forgets to log out or leaves their device unattended.
Users can regain access to their account by logging in again. Any unsaved work or data may be lost.

Note: To avoid session timeout, download and use the ExpensePoint desktop application. On the desktop version, you can work continuously without any disruption.
