# Change Password

Changing passwords regularly helps enhance your account security. It significantly minimizes the risk of unauthorized access if the current password is compromised or known to others. If your organization has password aging policies requiring users to change their passwords at regular intervals, the Change Password option from the Settings screen is the perfect place.

You may also need to change your password if you forgot the current one and cannot access your account. You can also update your passwords to create stronger, more complex passwords that are less susceptible to hacking. Check the **Password Tips** to get help with that.
