# Delete Custom Field

To delete a custom field from the **Expenses**, go to **Settings Manager **module from the top of your screen.

 Click on the custom field name from the **Field Name **list on the workspace.

 Then click on the** Delete Custom Field **from the **User Defined Field **on the left side navigation menu.

 A confirmation window will popup asking you to confirm the deletion.

 If you clicked on **Delete Custom Field **without selecting the custom filed name from the list, you will get a message notifying you to select the custom field first.
