# Delete Taxes

To delete a tax type from the **Taxes **list, go to **Settings Manager** module from the top of your screen.

 Click on the tax type from the **Taxes** list on the workspace.

 Then click on the **Delete Taxes** from the** Taxes** on the left side navigation menu.

 A confirmation window will popup asking you to confirm the deletion.

If you clicked on **Delete Taxes** without selecting the tax type from the list, you will get a message notifying you to select the tax type first.
