The ExpensePoint™ mileage tracker is a great feature that allows you record and track the distance traveled for business-related trips. Our mobile mileage tracker ameks it convenient to record mileage on the go. Enter trip details and mileage data directly from your smartphones. It automatically calculates the distance traveled for each trip based on the starting and ending locations. If enabled, it can also use the GPS technology to provide accurate distance measurements.
Generate reports or summaries of your mileage expenses, making it easier to review and analyze travel-related costs.
You can track Mileage through the:
- Auto-tracker (GPS enabled)
- Or manual entry
The GL codes are auto-populated so no need to worry about that.
When using the MileageTracker™ for the first time you will see a red label on top of the screen notifying you about the permissions, this means that you currently do not have the MileageTracker™ feature enabled on your phone.
To enable the auto tracker, tap on the red message appearing on the top of the screen or go to Settings to adjust the permissions. Learn more <link>
As soon as you do it will display a message about MileageTracker™ being enabled. From here you can use it and it will track your location moving forward.
