Reordering GL Segments can make it easier and faster for Submitters to find the right information when creating Expenses for Expense Reports. Additionally, adjusting the segment order can help align the display with the sequence used in your accounting system for consistency.

Steps to Adjust the Order of GL Segments

1. Open Settings Manager
   From the top of your ExpensePoint screen, click the Settings Manager module.
   
2. Select GL Segments
   In the left-side navigation menu, select GL Segments.
   
3. Select the Segment
   From the GL Segment List, choose the segment you want to move.
   
4. Adjust the Position
   Use the Move Up or Move Down options to adjust the segment’s position according to your preference.
