Move Up / Move Down
Adjusting the order of the GL Segments can help Submitters find the right information quicker and easier when creating Expenses for Expense Reports.
Moving the order of GL Segments could also be helpful to reflect the same order you have in your accounting system.
To move up or down the order of the GL Segments on your GL Segment list, you can use the Move Up or Move Down options from the GL Segments left side navigation under the Settings Manager module.
You will first need to select the segment from the GL Segment list, then click on Move Up or Move Down, depending on your preference.
