Remove Account Lockout

Account Lockout Policies

Account lockout policies are security measures that temporarily or permanently lock user accounts after a specified number of unsuccessful login attempts. This helps protect against brute force attacks and unauthorized access by making it harder for attackers to gain entry.

The Remove Account Lockout option is disabled by default.

How to Unlock a Locked Account

If a User has been locked out due to repeated invalid login attempts, you can unlock their account by selecting the user from the user list and then selecting the Remove Account Lockout option from the User Tasks navigation menu.
