Set Permissions for a User Group

The Permissions tab allows you to configure the access rights for the User Group you are creating or modifying. Permissions determine what actions the group members can perform within ExpensePoint.

Permission Categories

Permissions are generally organized by ExpensePoint modules and include the following categories:

Administrative Permissions:

  • Accounting Rights
  • Analysis Manager
  • Automation Manager
  • Importer
  • License Administrator
  • Policy Manager
  • Settings Manager
  • System Administrator
  • Transaction Administrator
  • User and Group Manager
  • Workflow Manager
  • Xporter

 

Standard Permissions:

  • Expense Manager
  • Private Billable Sources
  • Private Project Numbers
  • Private Vendors
  • Split Expenses
  • Transaction Manager

 

Advanced Permissions:

  • Advanced Report View
  • Mark Hardcopy Received
  • Select Any GL Code

 

Receipt Imaging Permissions:

  • Imaging Upload

 

How to Grant or Revoke Permissions

  • To grant a permission, click the checkbox under the green icon.
  • To revoke a permission, click the checkbox under the red icon.
