Transaction Manager

The Transaction Manager facilitates the integration with other financial institutions, allowing for seamless data flow between different systems. Users can submit Expense Reports more quickly because Transactions data is readily available in the system and this expedites the reimbursement process.

The ExpensePoint™ Transaction Manager can help you ensure compliance with company expense policies and regulations, since the system can enforce expense rules and approvals on the expensed transactions.

Corporate cards are credit cards provided to an organization's employees for covering their business expenses. You have the option to include all the corporate cards issued to your organization's users and link them to their respective cardholders. Once this setup is complete, you'll gain access to a comprehensive overview of all user transactions within your organization. Additionally, you can easily track transactions that are pending submission.

To get to the Transaction Manager, you would need to Login , then select the Transaction Manager module from the top of the screen.

Note: If you are unable to see the Transaction Manager module, contact your administrator as you would need admin access for this module.

The workspace contains a list with 2 main columns:

  • Template Name – will display the name of the Credit Card Integration, which is generally just the name of your bank so that you can distinguish between the financial institutions.
  • Owner – the cardholder or the administrator (for corporate cards)
