Transfer Receipts

Transfer Receipts from the Receipt Wallet in ExpensePoint.

The Transfer feature provides you with the capability to transfer your receipts to another user. This functionality proves to be particularly useful, especially in situations where collaborative expense management or delegation of expense-related tasks is required. 

Note: The Transfer functionality is only available to users who have been granted accounting permissions or have authoring rights. 

To transfer a receipt to another user, go to the Receipt Wallet from the Entry Tasks navigation menu from the left side of the screen. 

 
If you already have receipts in your wallet, the Transfer button will be enabled, allowing you to use this feature. However, if there are no receipts present, the Transfer button will remain disabled.  

From the Receipt Wallet window, select the receipt you wish to transfer and then click on the Transfer button. 

 The Select User window will popup asking you to select the user where to transfer the selected receipt. 

  

 Select the user from the list, then click OK. The receipt will now be transferred to the selected user and will disappear from you Receipt Wallet
