Transfer Receipts
The Transfer feature allows you to send your receipts to another user. This function is especially helpful for collaborative expense management or when delegating expense-related tasks.
Note: The Transfer feature is only available to users who have been granted accounting permissions or authoring rights.
How to Transfer a Receipt

From the Entry Tasks navigation menu on the left side of the screen, select the Receipt Wallet.

If you already have receipts in your wallet, the Transfer button will be enabled. If your wallet is empty, the button will remain disabled.

In the Receipt Wallet window, select the receipt you want to transfer, then click the Transfer button.

The Select User window will appear. Choose the user to whom you want to transfer the selected receipt.

Click OK to complete the transfer. The receipt will be moved to the selected user and will be removed from your Receipt Wallet.
