To upload a document to be available on the Company Links section from the Dashboard, go to Settings Manager module from the top of your screen.
Then click on the Upload Hosted Document from the Company Links on the left side navigation menu.
The Upload Image window will open and by clicking on the Browse button you can select the document from your computer.
Once the document has been selected, click on the Upload button to load it into the ExpensePointâ„¢ system.
It may take a while to load the file, depending on the size of the file. You may see the progress bar while the document is loading. As soon as it is done, you should see the document available on the Hosted Document list section from the lower part of the workspace.
Note: Policies or Best Practice documents should be hosted in PDF format. If a Submitter needs to fill a form for example, the document can be in any other format.
