Upload Hosted Document

Steps to Upload a Document to the Company Links Section

  1. Open Settings Manager
    From the Dashboard, click the Settings Manager module at the top of your screen.

  2. Select Upload Hosted Document
    In the left-side navigation menu under Company Links, click Upload Hosted Document.

  3. Choose a Document to Upload
    The Upload Image window will open. Click the Browse button to select a document from your computer.

  4. Upload the Document
    After selecting the file, click Upload to add it to the ExpensePoint system.
    1. Upload time may vary depending on the file size.
    2. A progress bar will indicate the upload status.
  5. Verify the Upload
    Once uploaded, the document will appear in the Hosted Document list in the lower section of the workspace.

Note: Policies or Best Practice documents should be hosted in PDF format. If the document is a form or other documentation that needs to be filled out by users, other file formats are acceptable.
