View History

The History window allows you to track and review all changes and events related to a specific expense. It displays the timeline of updates made to an expense in a clear and simple layout.

 

How to View Expense History

  1. The View History option appears in the menu only when an expense is selected.

  2. Select the expense you want to review.

  3. Then, click View History from the left-side menu.

  4. The Expense History window will open, displaying the complete history for the expense.

  5. Alternatively, you can view the history directly from the expense window.

    1. Open the expense you want to review

    2. Click on the History tab at the top of the window.

    3. This will show the same detailed history information.
