View History
The View History menu option only shows up in the menu if you have the Expense selected. If you need to review the history of events that happened on a certain expense, you would need to select the expense first, then click on the View History option from the left side menu.
The Expense History window will open and you can see all the history for this expense.
Alternatively, you can always view the history when you have the expense window open. From there, just click on the History tab from the top of the window.
And you should be able to see the same details.
