GL Codes

The GL Codes tab allows you to assign default GL Codes to the Category. Once set, these codes will be pre-filled for Submitters creating expenses, eliminating the need for manual selection.

How to Assign GL Codes

  • Multiple GL Codes can be assigned for a selected GL Segment.
  • To change the GL Segment, use the dropdown menu and select a different segment.
  • Check the boxes next to the GL Codes you want to associate with the category for the chosen GL Segment.
