Expenses by Settlement Type and Category Breakdown

The second tab from the Expense Report Details screen will display a few sections: 

1. Who created the report, or in case of authoring, on behalf of which user this report is created, and the tracking number.

1. The Settlement Breakdown will show the total for each settlement type that you have active for your company:

• Total 
• Cash Advance 
• Paid Directly by Company 
• Paid by Employee 
• Amount Due to Employee 

3.The Category section will display the breakdown of the total report amount by categories, as applicable.
