Modify Policy

Steps to Modify a Policy

  1. Access the Policy Manager
    Click on the Policy Manager module at the top of the ExpensePoint window.

  2. Select the Policy
    The main workspace displays the Policies section with a list of existing policies. Select the policy you want to edit.

  3. Select Modify Policy
    From the Author Policy Tasks navigation menu, select the Modify Policy option.

  4. Open the Author Policy Window
    This will open the Author Policy window where you can edit your policy.

  5. Edit Policy Details
    In this window, you can modify the following:
    1. Policy Name
    2. Warning
    3. Conditions
      1. If you are missing a condition you need, you can add a new condition by clicking the Add button below the conditions list.

      2. To remove a condition, select it from the list and click the Remove button below.

  6. Save the Policy
    After modifying the desired fields, click OK to save your changes.
