Modify Policy
Steps to Modify a Policy
- Access the Policy Manager
Click on the Policy Manager module at the top of the ExpensePoint window.
- Select the Policy
The main workspace displays the Policies section with a list of existing policies. Select the policy you want to edit.

Select Modify Policy
From the Author Policy Tasks navigation menu, select the Modify Policy option.
- Open the Author Policy Window
This will open the Author Policy window where you can edit your policy.
- Edit Policy Details
In this window, you can modify the following:- Policy Name
- Warning
- Conditions
- If you are missing a condition you need, you can add a new condition by clicking the Add button below the conditions list.

For more information of creating conditions, please refer to this article. - To remove a condition, select it from the list and click the Remove button below.

- Save the Policy
After modifying the desired fields, click OK to save your changes.
