Report Fields

The Report Fields are specific fields used in your ExpensePoint system. These fields are not available when generating reports from the Analysis Manager or the Automation Manager.

 

How to View Report Fields

  1. Open Settings Manager
    From the top of your screen, click the Settings Manager module.

  2. Access Report Fields
    In the left-side navigation menu, click on Report Fields.

  3. View Available Projects
    This will display a list of your available projects associated with Report Fields.

  4. Available Actions
    From here you can:
    1. Add Report Field
    2. Edit Report Field
    3. Delete Projects
    4. Move Up
    5. Move Down
