To manage the data columns go to Data Column Tasks navigation menu from the Xporter module.
From here you can:
- Add Data Column
- Edit Data Column
- Delete Data Column
- Move Up
- Move Down
Add Data Column
To add a field to your exported file, go to the Add Data Column option from the Data Column Tasks navigation menu.
The Xporter Column Editor window will open, and you can enter the name of the column in the Column Name field.
Click OK to save it or Cancel to disregard.
Rename Data Column
To rename a field to your exported file, go to the Add Data Column option from the Data Column Tasks navigation menu.
The Xporter Column Editor window will open, and you can change the name of the column in the Column Name field.
Click OK to save it or Cancel to disregard.
Remove Data Column
To remove a field to your exported file, go to the Rename Data Column option from the Data Column Tasks navigation menu.
Move Up / Move Down
To move the order of the fields in your exported file, go to the Add Data Column option from the Data Column Tasks navigation menu.
Then select the field you wish to re-order, the click on either Move Up or Move Down option to make the necessary adjustments.
